| Impact of Grant: | Thank you for funding the free clinic and the first iteration of the HEALER project.
The proposed achievements were modified to fit the personnel on staff. However, the clinic was able to achieve its goal to increase access to healthcare services including dental care. The clinic did not turn anyone away who was eligible for our services. The clinic hired an Integrated Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner as the day time provider. This allowed ongoing patient access to behavioral health instead of the proposed 8 visits per month. This achievement allowed the clinic to respond more effectively to the increase in behavioral health needs. |
