Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation 2019 Grant Awards

The Lewis-Clark Healthcare Foundation will award 20 large Impact grants totaling over $619,000 to nonprofits at an award banquet on December 18, 2019. The Foundation will also recognize the 44 Fast Track grant recipients it awarded over $186,000 to earlier this year.

The Lewis-Clark Healthcare Foundation funds grants to promote the health, wellness, or disease prevention of residents in a three-state, nine-county area: Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis and Nez Perce in Idaho; Asotin, Garfield and Whitman in Washington; and Wallowa in Oregon.

Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation opens 2nd year of grant cycle

Representatives of the Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation today announced the opening of the second-year grant cycle on July 1 and anticipate giving away approximately $700,000 in grant funds this year.

A second category of grants have been added this year. In addition to the Impact Grants, which were used last year, the Foundation is offering a Fast Track Small Grant for smaller grant requests this year with $150,000 available.

LCVH Foundation names new officers and board members

LEWISTON, Idaho – Coming off a fantastic first year that featured more than $250,000 in grants distributed in the local area, the Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation’s Board of Community Advisors (BCA) recently elected new officers and filled all 15 members on its board, the Foundation has announced.

  • The Region II Professional Technical Academy will provide at least 45 north central Idaho students a certified nursing assistant course (CNA) without fees. The Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation awarded the program $10,000. Clearwater Economic Development Administration wrote the grant request for the Cottonwood School District, which manages the Region II Academy.
