| Impact of Grant: | Adults over the age of 65 in the North Central Idaho Region have been served by this funded work. Roughly 135 and ongoing seniors have been served by well-being/cognitive assessments, roughly 300 seniors have been served by COVID-19 Survival Kits, and roughly 4700 seniors have been provided assistance to receiving a COVID-19 vaccination.
