Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation Announces Opening of Large Impact Grant Season May 1st

The Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation is excited to announce the opening of its large Impact Grant season on May 1st, 2026 to promote the health, wellness and disease prevention of organizations within the Foundation’s Service Area.

The Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation’s large Impact Grant Program funds one-year requests to support projects and initiatives that promote the health, wellness, and disease
prevention of persons within the Foundation Service Area in a manner that respects the religious, ethical, and moral principles of the Roman Catholic Church and adheres to the Ethical and
Religious Directives of Catholic Health Care Services. The Foundation Service Area includes nine counties as follows: Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis and Nez Perce in Idaho; Asotin,
Garfield and Whitman in Washington; and Wallowa in Oregon.

The large Impact Grant is intended for requests ranging from $25,000 to $100,000. Priority for these grants is given to applicants that demonstrate a commitment to long-term vision and
projects that address the root causes that affect health, improve wellness, and help prevent disease. The large Impact Grant application will be available on the Foundation’s website at
www.lewisclarkhealth.org beginning May 1, 2026. The Foundation will be taking applications for Impact Grants until June 30, 2026, or until funds allocated towards Impact Grants have been
awarded.

“In 2025, the Foundation was able to award nearly $800,000 to 15 organizations with Impact Grant funding. We are thrilled to see these non-profits come together to brighten their
communities and help where it is most needed.” said Jen Magers, Trust and Investment Officer with Idaho Trust Company, Trustee for the Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation.

The Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation was established in 2017 by Idaho Attorney General Lawrence Wasden as part of the sale of St. Joseph Regional Medical Center by Ascension Health to RCCH Healthcare Partners.
