Large Impact Grant Deadline Extended to July 1, 2020

The large impact grant deadline has been extended to July 1, 2020.
Large impact grants are for up to $75,000 but the Foundation will consider compelling requests in any amount. Priority will be given to applications that demonstrate a commitment to long-term vision, building partnerships, and projects that address the root causes that promote health, wellness, and disease prevention. (Organizations may submit more than 1 Large/Impact Grant Application per year.) Application window will be open from March 16, 2020 to July 1, 2020.
